What is a Template-based Website Layout?

We build websites based on predesigned templates. All templates are crafted beautifully and fit for most major contents. Choose one of our templates and replace it with your contents and images. Edgy-looking website is just a few clicks away.

What is the difference between Page, Blog, Gallery and Shop?

Page is a custom designed webpage that publishes personalized contents (“homepage”, ”about us”, “contact us”, “our products”, etc.). Blog allows you to update latest news or serve as an archive. Gallery showcases your portfolios while Shop is an integrated E-commerce with cart system.

Can I change the website layout?

Yes and we will do it for you. That is what the Monthly Design Revision refers to.

What is Content Management System?

Content Manage System (CMS) is a system designed for you to add, edit and modify the website easily. Our CMS is WordPress.

What does Monthly Maintenance do?

To make sure the websites run smoothly, we have engineers running server maintenance and monthly backup for the active websites.

Do you provide support over the weekend?

Our support hours are Monday-Friday, officially we do not provide any support over the weekend. However, if a member of the team is working at some point over the weekend we may reply to the your request.

What are the Online Store’s features?

The Online Store is built on WooCommerce, the powerful e-commerce plugin for WordPress. It has two default payment gateways (senangPay & PayPal), inventory management, sales & orders report, payment and shipping, tax calculations, and coupon discounts and more. Do you assist in uploading my products?

Upon building the Online Store, we are assisting in uploading the first 50 products. If you would like us to upload more than 50 products, we would utilize the design revisions to do so. One design revision is entitled to 5 product uploads.

What is the cost for processing payment in the Online Store?

The Online Store has two built-in payment gateways. Both payment gateways accept Ringgit Malaysia.

 

  • senangPay
    SenangPay charges a fee of 1.5% for each Internet Banking transaction (FPX via Bank Islam Online, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Hong Leong Connect, RHB Now, AmBank Online, PBeBank). The fee for each credit/debit card transaction is 2.5% (Mastercard and Visa). To learn more, visit senangPay Fees.
  • PayPal
    PayPal accepts credit/debit cards only. The fee for each transaction is 4.4% + RM2.00 or lower. To learn more, visit PayPal Fees.

How do I sign up?

Subscribe to one of our plans and then proceed with payment. Our customer service personnel will contact you via email within the same or next business day once the transaction is completed.

Can I cancel the subscription?

Yes. However, no refund will be issued. Contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you.

Do I need to choose a template before I subscribe to any website design plan?

Yes. However, if you can’t make up your mind, we will assist you. Just talk to us in the contact page.

Does it include a domain?

Yes, it does. Every plan includes a domain*. Registering .com, .org or .net is free while registering .my domain comes with a fee.

I have my domain, can I subscribe to your service?

Yes, you can. You can either point your domain to our nameservers or transfer the domain to us. No fee will be charged from us for the transfer.

Do I need a web host?

No, your website will be hosted on our server.

Business Emails

The Business Emails will be hosted on Zoho Mail (free plan). If you wish to subscribe to Google Suite (paid plan) or Microsoft 365 (paid plan), feel free to sign up with any of these email service providers, we would then assist you in verifying the domain and set up accordingly.

What is Unmetered Storage and Bandwidth?

It means you can use up as much storage and bandwidth as you wish on your website. Each image/video is limited up to 8MB. We expand our storage and bandwidth periodically.

Do I need to pay set-up fee?

Yes. The set-up fee is an one-off payment that is included in the subscription fee. (Fee for “The Business” is RM300, while “Online Store” is RM1499.)
